Title: Data sharing, standards and data analysis in metabolomics, a more reproduceable way

Abstract:
A significant challenge in metabolomics is results reproducibility and confidence in the metabolite identification, which are directly related to the choice of analytical instruments, available evidence extracted through data analysis, and quality and accuracy of the reporting. Several approaches taken in recent years will be presented towards improving reproducibility and reporting in metabolomics as well as an overview of computational infrastructure built for metabolomics data analysis.
