The prize is awarded to the best students of the courses associated with the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Sciences – University of Lisbon in a given year. Pedro Ruas received the prize for best student in the PhD Programme in Informatics in the year 2020/2021.

Diana Sousa was awarded a scholarship (of the 50 scholarships assigned) in a partnership between Huawei Portugal and .PT, under the Seeds For The Future 2.0 program that aims to empower students in the STEM areas. The student was selected from approximately 3000 applications based on academic and social merit!
